About

For centuries, public art has been a way to bring communities together and create gathering spaces for residents and visitors alike.

The main goal of the Roseville Mural Project is to bring new public art of high artistic quality and enduring value to the city of Roseville and surrounding areas. Community-based programming around public art connects the public to the new works.

New Murals for Downtown Roseville

The primary focus of the project is to bring fresh new murals to the Downtown Roseville district.  A total of 5 murals were completed in 2019 for the inaugural year of the project.  Our newest 2023 mural is on the back of the Roseville Masonic Temple and Roseville Theater Arts Academy.

Veterans Mosaic Mural

In January of 2019, Blue Line Arts hosted three free weekend workshops for women veterans with the support of the California Arts Council. The art they created has been installed, and is currently on display, at the entrance of the Lohse Apartments, a new affordable housing option on Vernon Street.

Youth Mural Camps

With the support of donors like you Blue Line Arts facilitates mural camps for Title 1 Schools, communities, and other organizations. During these camps students learn first hand from the artist and partner in creating a masterpiece that brings vibrancy to their space.
